From tried and true carols such as "Still, Still, Still" to carols you may not yet know, you are sure to find a new
holiday favorite among these selections. The Gateway Ringers are entering their seventeenth year and our December 9th concert celebrates the release of our new Christmas CD, "A Time to Rejoice". Our reputation for audience-friendly programming is represented here, with a wide variety of moods and tone colors. Chant-like melodies appear in "Come, Emmanuel," a Latin influence is heard in "A La Nanita Nana, Christmas selections from the first CD include "White Christmas," and "Ding Dong Merrily on High." A couple of brand new arrangements will also be featured, such as Joel Raney's "The Angel Gabriel," a rousing hit at the recent Distinctly Bronze East festival. A post-concert reception will be held in the foyer, where you can check out our CD's and meet our ringers! Admission is free.
