“The Music Of …” a Concert by the Webster University Wind Ensemble

**The concert "The Music of…by the Webster University Wind Ensemble on Feb. 27 has been canceled and will be rescheduled. **

The Webster University Wind Ensemble, directed by James A. Martin, will perform a concert of music both written and transcribed for the Wind Ensemble. They range from Gordon Jacob’s first composition for wind ensemble in 1924, "An Original Suite" to Ron Nelson’s 1989 "Fanfare for the Hour of Sunrise," written for the 40^th Anniversary of the Aspen Music Festival. The program also includes Gustav Holst’s "Mars from The Planets."
