FIRST BANK ADDS NEW ATTORNEY IN CLAYTON, MISSOURI OFFICE

Ignatius “Iggy” Yuan has joined First Bank as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Department at the Clayton, Missouri office (135 N. Meramec). Prior to joining First Bank, Yuan was General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for Baily International, Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for First National Bank of St. Louis for 14 years. Yuan has more than 30 years of experience representing banks. From 2006 to 2014, Yuan served as Councilman for the Kirkwood City Council, and Deputy Mayor for the last two years. Yuan was elected to two, four year terms. Yuan has a B.A. in history and political science from Marquette University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. Active in the community, Yuan’s present affiliations include: the American Bankers Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Missouri Bankers Association, Missouri Asian American Bar Association (founding member and former treasurer for 14 years), Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis (General Counsel), St. Louis Priory High School (Board of Advisors) and Alumni Board, SSM St. Clare (Advisory Board of Directors). His past affiliations include: The Magic House (Board), Spring Board to Learning (Board), former President of the St. Louis Priory Alumni Association Board and the Kirkwood Planning and Zoning Commission. Yuan lives in Kirkwood, Missouri.
