Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at the Shepherd's Center to provide flu shots for seniors and their families on Friday, Oct. 11th from 8:15 am - 9:30 am.
This flu shot clinic saves you a trip to the doctor (and possibly a co-pay), and keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere. Plus, the Medicine Shoppe will donate $3 for every shot given back to the Shepherd's Center!
Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot.
