Police Warn to Stay Off Kirkwood Railroad Tracks

Kirkwood police are issuing trespassing tickets if you are caught on the railroad tracks.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

April 1 - April 7:

Police issued trespassing summons on two different occasions during this time period to people walking along the railroad tracks.

"The Kirkwood Police want to remind everyone that train tracks are for trains, not people, and it is considered trespassing to be on railroad property," police stated in an email.
