Promotion At Legal Services Of Eastern Missouri
Lucas Caldwell-McMillan Promoted To Managing Attorney

Lucas Caldwell-McMillan of Kirkwood, MO has been promoted to Managing Attorney for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s (LSEM) Advocates for Family Health Program.
Caldwell-McMillan joined LSEM in 2009 as a Staff Attorney and Program Director for LSEM’s Medical-Legal Program, a unit he will continue to manage in his expanded role.
Caldwell-McMillan has a B.A. in political science from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Advocates for Family Health Program assists children, families and pregnant women who are eligible for Missouri’s family Medicaid programs: MO HealthNet for Kids, MO HealthNet for Families, and MO HealthNet for Pregnant Women.
Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) has provided high quality legal assistance in civil cases to the low-income community for more than 50 years. In 2014, LSEM helped more than 16,000 people (including clients and their household members) in 21 counties of eastern Missouri.
