'Rat Rod' Turns Heads at Kirkwood High School

Jeff Frahm takes us back to 1964 with a shot of him in front of his "Rat Rod." Frahm recently posted the classic photo to Kirkwood Area Facebook. He writes:

Here's a shot of me and my "Rat Rod" back in 1964. The "Dart" hated my car but couldn't keep me from parking in the back row of the Dougherty Ferry Parking lot at Kirkwood High School. (as long as I didn't do any burn outs that he saw)
