Seize the Day 5K Run/Walk will raise funds for the Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas. The 5K run is Chronotrack chip timed by Big River Running Co. Time: 6:30 AM registration (or register on line: efmk.org) and 7:30AM start of 5K Run & 1-mile walk at Kirkwood Park(111 S. Geyer).
