Suspected Shoplifters Arrested in Kirkwood

Kirkwood police made several arrests in connections to thefts at local businesses, including a felony arrest.

The following information was provided by the Kirkwood Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Saturday, Feb. 16:

At 6:48 p.m., one adult was arrested for shoplifting from a business in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road. Police stated the person was charged with stealing third offense, which is a felony, due to having at least two prior theft-related convictions.

Monday, Feb. 11:

At 2:55 p.m., police arrested one person for shoplifting from a business in the 400 block of North Kirkwood Road. The case was referred to municipal court, police stated.
