Teen Tech Week 2014

March 9-15, 2014 is Teen Tech Week at Your Kirkwood Public Library.
This year’s theme is Do-it-Yourself.  In honor of this week, we are hosting several DIY events for teens.

Monday, March 10, 5:30-7:30 pm, DIY: Minecraft Server

Learn some of the basics on starting your own Minecraft server and hear from the experiences of the library’s server.

Tuesday, March 11, 4-6 pm, DIY: Texture Packs

Find out what's happening in Kirkwoodfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

Learn how to create your own texture packs for Minecraft.

Friday, March 14, 6-8 pm, Boxfort Wars

Find out what's happening in Kirkwoodfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

It is that time for another round of Boxfort Wars.  Build forts with boxes and wage war with Nerf materials.

Saturday, March 15, 2-4 pm, Pixel Press

KPL welcomes Pixel Press to the library for a demonstration of their app, which allows users to create their own platform video game with pen and paper.
