Tinker Bell is a darling little 7 year old (44 in human years) shih tzu. She is a little girl who weighs 11 pounds. Her owner could no longer care for her because she was moving into a nursing home. Tinker Bell is calm and well behaved and is happy to lay on the floor at your feet. She actually prefers to sit on the floor near you than to sit on your lap. But, she loves to sleep next to you and is quiet all night. She gets along fine with other dogs but mostly loves her people.
Our mission is to place older dogs in the loving homes of older people in the St Louis area. We do, however, take in dogs of all ages and adopt to people of all ages. We do home visits and ask for a $200 adoption donation for adult dogs and $300 for puppies.
We are at the Kirkwood Petco every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. This store is located on Lindbergh just north of I-44. Turn left at the first major stoplight.
