Webster Groves High School student selected as 2016 Bank of America Student Leader
WGHS student Esque Ewing selected as part of the 2016 Bank of America Student Leaders Program

Webster Groves High School student Esque Ewing is one of five St. Louis-area teens selected to be part of the 2016 Bank of America Student Leaders program this summer. The program awards the students a paid, eight-week summer internship at a local nonprofit and a trip to Washington, D.C. to participate in the Bank of America Student Leadership Summit.
Each week, Esque volunteers at Prophesy Church Food Pantry, helping to make food baskets. This experience has fueled him to seek additional opportunities where he can make a difference in his community. Esque is continually inspired by his older sister as she seeks to become the first African American hearing impaired female lawyer. Their close relationship has encouraged Esque to face any adversity head-on in his community and at school.
As part of the Bank of America Student Leaders program, Esque received a paid eight-week internship. Esque is interning at the Fathers’ Support Center. The internships provide students with valuable work experience while also supporting the nonprofits with extra help this summer.
