• Army Awards GM Defense Nearly $700M for Infantry Squad Vehicle Upgrades (clearancejobs.com) — Knob Noster is set to see significant federal construction activity as K & K Industries received a $13.6 million contract to build a weapons release system storage facility for the B-21 program at Whiteman Air Force Base. Part of a broader set of large defense contracts, this project will run through March 2028 and further ties the town's economy to long-term Air Force operations.
