
You too will enjoy success if you take, five deep, slow breaths, relax and be specific about your desired goal(s). For example, if your goal is to walk or jog one mile per day imagine yourself doing just that. Think about what you will wear, what music you will listen to, where you will walk or jog and how long your will walk/jog the first time. Imagine yourself in that exact spot, doing that exact behavior. Think about how proud of yourself you will be after you finish the first day. You may want to view others doing what you want to accomplish in reality or pictures. Lastly, speak about your goal in specifics to a trusted individual. Then take action.
Changing our negative messages into positive messages changes the way we feel about things. When we are able to change the way we feel we change our behavior. Everyone can adhere to these principle.
