Home Sales in the Ladue Area Experience Continued Upward Movement

The Ladue area experienced a strong real estate market in 2012.  There was a 21% increase in the number of transactions sold above $400,000, a 3.2% increase in the average price per sq ft and a 2.8% increase in the average price per sq ft.  I expect this trend to continue in to 2013.
