Our Favorite Neighborhoods - La Hacienda in Ladue

The La Hacienda neighborhood has been HOT this year!

The La Hacienda neighborhood has been HOT this year!  Located just North of Ladue Road, the homes were mostly built in the late 1940’s and 1950’s with a few homes built in the 1930’s.  More of a suburban neighborhood than what is offered in Clayton or University City, however the homes are still close enough  that you see and know your neighbors.  You will often see some of the neighborhood families walking to Reed Elementary School which is known for being a very tight-knit community with substantial parent involvement.

Mostly two story colonial homes, the price range is between the $400Ks - $800Ks with a newer construction selling this year at $1.1M.  Within the last year, 11 homes sold with an average sales price of  $710K and an average price per sq ft was $211.  6 of the homes sold in less than 100 days.

One home that is currently available is 4 Hacienda listed by Gladys Manion for $1,199,900.  This is one of the more substantial homes in the neighborhood.   The home was built 58 years ago and has 4,500 sq ft of living space on an acre lot, with refined updates and first floor family room addition.

20 Granada Way was recently listed with Prudential Alliance, Realtors and sold for $660,000.  The home offers 2,500+ sq ft on the 1st two floors.  Formal living room and dining rooms, updated eat-in kitchen, master suite and finished lower level are a few of the reasons why this home was sought after.
