The home was originally listed for $569,000, took several price reductions and eventually sold for $500,000. The home was being sold as-is in an estate and required some work.
2958 Devondale located in the Radcliffe neighborhood in Frontenac. This home is located on nearly an acre lot and includes many updates throughout the home. This 3 bedroom /3 bath home was originally listed for $559,000 and eventually reduced to $539,000 and sold for $515,000.
