Art representing nearly 15 guest, featured and resident artists will be unveiled at the Clayton Fine Art Gallery kick-off reception on Friday, June 28 in Clayton. The event is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. at the gallery (21 N. Bemiston).
Formerly in the space occupied by the Gateway Gallery, the new studio will feature a wide array of art ranging from oil paintings, pastels and water colors to acrylics, photography, sketching, sculpture and more. Exhibited artwork will typically change every six weeks.
Guest artists participating in the reception are members of the Greater St. Louis Art Association and have been selected by a juried panel. They include Gary Eaves, Greg Kluempers, John Salozzo, Judith Olsen, Mary Mosblech, Randy Heideprem, Stephanie Gibson and Steve Grzyb. Painter Kathy Ladd is the featured guest artist. In addition, nine resident artists will have their work on display.
Regular gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, beginning June 23. The opening exhibit will be on display through August 3. For more information, please visit www.claytonfineartgallery.com.
