This year, the centerpieces on the tables at Community School’s sixth grade graduation are more than just decorative. Instead of flowers or balloons, the centerpieces are filled with new school supplies – pencils, glue, markers and rulers. In honor of the sixth grade class, these items will all be donated to KidSmart to help St. Louis students who cannot afford school supplies. Graduation ceremonies for the 43 members of the Class of 2013 were held on Thursday, May 30.
