SMTC is excited to announce a free ACL injury prevention and jump training information session for coaches, athletes and parents!

Session Details:

Learn how and why jump training decreases ACL injury incidence by 88%.
Initial jump training evaluation and techniques with explanation and verbal feedback.*
Information on 12 session class beginning April 30.
