Yoga for Youth

Summer Youth Yoga
This is an opportunity for the youth entering grades 6 through 12 to gather in fellowship plus gain the mental and physical benefits of Yoga. Bring your friends! Yoga is valuable for both boys and girls! It compliments any athletic activity youth may be participating it. Yoga helps to develop a positive, healthy, and peaceful attitude towards life. Practicing Yoga comes with no judgment of self or others - just acceptance.

-Calms the mind
-Promotes relaxation breathing
-Balances the body and the mind
-Connection to earth

Certified Yoga Instructor and Ladue Chapel Member Amanda Truxton will lead the classes (suggested donation - $5) in the Fireside Room on the following dates:

Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.:
June 6, 13, 20, 27

All participants should bring a yoga mat or a towel. Reservations are NOT required - just show up!
