Checkup and screening general guidelines for men:
Physical Exam: Men should schedule a physical exam every two years from ages 40-49 and once per year for men age 50 and above.
Blood Pressure: Men should check their blood pressure regularly and have a physician check their blood pressure at least once a year.
Rectal Exam: Beginning at age 20, men should have a rectal exam, PSA blood test and Hemoccult screening at least once per year.
Self-Exams: Men age 20+ should conduct monthly testicular, oral and skin self-exams.
