Ladue Teen Inducted to National Society of Leadership and Success

William Woods University has a new leadership society this year, and among the induction class of the school's National Society of Leadership and Success chapter is Ladue teen Carson Boehm.

Several teens were inducted to the new chapter at William Woods University, according to an article published July 29 on ReadMedia. In addition to Boehm, other St. Louis area teens chosen for the leadership society include Torrie Buehne of Oakville, Elyse Hussian Nickless of Concord and Paige Runge of Normandy.

The National Society of Leadership and Success is an organization that helps people discover and achieve their goals, according to its website, and was founded on two core beliefs:

That "one can achieve one's dreams with the proper support and dedicated action, and that we accomplish more together than we would achieve alone."

The leadership society was founded in 2001, according to the ReadMedia article, and consists of more than 250,000 members at 345 colleges and universities nationwide.

William Woods University created its chapter of the national society in 2013, according to the society's directory, and joins the University of Missouri, University of Missouri—St. Louis, Fontbonne University in St. Louis, University of Central Missouri, Metropolitan Community College—Blue River in Independence, Park University in Parkville and Avila University in Kansas City, Mo., as a higher education institution in the state with has an active chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
