Realtor Joe Mathes Named 2015 Rookie of the Year by Coldwell Banker Gundaker

St. Louis, MO (April 27, 2016)— Realtor Joe Mathes was named 2015 Rookie of the Year – First Full Year in Business by Coldwell Banker Gundaker at its recent awards event. Mathes closed more than $5.4 million in sales volume in 2015, his first year of real estate sales.

A 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Mathes earned a law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, in 2014. He returned to St. Louis and decided to join his father in real estate sales and build his own business. His father, Steve Mathes, is an independent sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Ladue/Clayton office.
