Saint Louis Crisis Nursery 5K Healthy Living Fun Run & 1 Mile Wellness Walk, hosted by KSDK's Heidi Glaus, is our annual fitness event for families. Join us at SLU High for a morning of health and wellness, games & prizes, fitness activities, music, food samples and the wildly popular mascot race! Be entered into a special grand prize drawing when you donate a new pair of children's shoes for a Crisis Nursery child in need.
