Villa Duchesne Student Honored by UMSL

Receives award for Creative Achievement in the Arts

Junior Mary Andrews of Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School received UMSL’s College of Fine Arts and Communication Dean’s Award for Creative Achievement in the Arts.

She and other high schoolers were honored in September at a luncheon held at the Touhill Performing Arts Center. Mary was presented with her award by Chancellor Tom George, Provost Glen Cope, Vice Provost Curt Coonrod, and Dean of Admissions Alan Byrd.
