Sunday activities will include a fellowship gathering at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Praise and Worship Service at 10:00 a.m., which will feature Pastor Bill Ashburn and Chris Ramsey, who served together on staff in the 1990’s. Other former staff members are expected to attend. Reservations are required for a catered meal following the service.
Pastor Steven Moseley, who has led the church since 2005, continues to provide leadership into the future. Under his leadership, the church has successfully transitioned into a remodeled, handicapped accessible, facility next to the Post Office. The 150 seat Worship Center lends an atmosphere for an intimate, contemporary style of worship.

Our present mission emphasis, called Global Focus, encourages our members to not only give to missions but also to personally be on mission. This has resulted in volunteers serving in China, Turkey, Peru, Moldova, Guatemala, Indonesia and Canada. In the past we have sponsored church plants in Chastain, Concord, Sherwood in Webster Groves, Warrenton and Dubuque, Iowa.
In the local area our Awana children’s program, under the leadership of Pastor Tom Firasek and his wife Nancy, is growing each year. We also help provide food for Immaculate Conception’s food pantry. We host an annual fall festival, a senior group called Keenagers, block parties, indoor soccer, volleyball and basketball. This Christmas we also have a goal of filling 200 shoe boxes for Franklin Graham’s Operation Christmas Child.
Former members and interested folks are invited to take part in all phases of the celebration.
As a congregation we look forward to many more years of service in the Lord’s work in this area and around the world. Please contact us at 781-3582 for information on the worship services and programs or to make lunch reservations for October 21st.
