Chicago- based CD One Price Cleaners, is expanding its successful value-driven, one price concept to the St. Louis suburbs with the opening of its first franchise in Brentwood, Missouri at 2590 S. Brentwood Blvd.

Based on the strong success of 39 franchise and company-owned CD One Price Cleaners “superstore” locations in the Midwest, the company has now targeted the St. Louis market for expansion. The expansive, open-concept store at 2950 S. Brentwood will employ 15 full-time and part-time staff members who clean, press and launder thousands of items daily.

“The bustling Brentwood community is the perfect place for us to provide our convenient, value-priced quality laundry services to the busy families and individuals here,” said Pinakin Patel, owner of the store.

While known for its deeply discounted, a one-price policy for all men’s and women’s dry-cleaned garments and a same-day service policy (in by 10 a.m. and ready same day by 5 pm.) at no extra charge, Patel said he expects customers will also utilize the Clean & Fold laundry service, which has become popular at other area locations.

“We’re really establishing ourselves as the cleaning resource for Brentwood residents and those who work or pass through on the area,” Patel said.

CD One Price also cleans specialty items like rugs, blankets, comforters and boots. CD One Price offers consumers advanced technology that tracks orders and emails customers when their garments are ready for pick up. Complimentary gourmet coffee, and an open-air set up that allows customers to see on-premise operations.

Patel said the Brentwood market was a natural choice for the company’s expansion due to the area’s economic diversity, room for multiple franchise locations and strong dry cleaning market with high-priced competitors. Aligned with its value-orientated message, customers will pay just $3.79 for any dry cleaned and pressed garment and $1.89 for any laundered and pressed shirts, a savings of nearly 60 percent over most independent dry cleaners in the area.
