Chris Carpenter Opening Day, at The Post
The Cardinals were tied with Atlanta in the National League wild card race at the start of the game against the Cubs.
Cardinals pitcher Chris Carpenter had his first start since winning Game 7 of the World Series against the Texas Rangers, yesterday.
It was cause for excitement at The Post Sports Bar, in Maplewood.
"It has the electricity of the postseason," co-owner Brent Mortora said.
