Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted its client in finding a larger space to accommodate both its offices and new local warehouse.

Consolidated Pipe and Supply will lease a 9,000-square-foot space at 801 Marshall Rd. in Valley Park beginning this Oct. Renovations include creating office space for its 10-person team. The company, which is currently located in a 1,800-square-foot office at 3780 S. Lindbergh, will add a warehouse and a three-acre pipe storage yard so that inventory can be shipped directly from St. Louis.

Consolidated Pipe and Supply is a full-integrated manufacturer and supplier of pipe, valve, and fitting products and services to the industrial, utility and energy industries. Founded in Birmingham, Ala. in 1960, the company has locations in 20 states.
