Hilliker Corporation Handles Client's Eighth Transaction Within 20 Years

Commercial real estate company simultaneously helps client with both sale and lease

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, helped a long-time client find a new home.

Partners Financial Services recently sold its 14,500-square-foot office and warehouse property located at 403 Axminister Dr. in Fenton, Mo. for $1.4 million to J.W. Bommarito Construction Company. Partners Financial Services, which is a third-party debt collector in business since 1993, is now leasing nearly 6,000-square-feet of space at 575 Rudder in Fenton.

J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, a construction company that specializes in utilities and grading, plans to make approximately $400,000 in renovations to the property before moving in Oct., 2016. The company is currently located at 6795 Langley.

Hilliker Corporation broker Scott Martin represented the seller, Partners Financial Services and NAI Desco brokers John Sheahan and Peter Sheahan represented the buyer, The Bommarito Group, LLC. This is the eighth transaction Martin has handled for Partners Financial Services in the past 20 years.
