Hilliker Corporation Leases Space To Sports Bar

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently leased a building to a well-known sports bar for its second location.

Keetons Double Play recently signed a multi-year lease for the 5,000-square-foot space at 5625 Manchester Ave. in St. Louis City in between Maplewood and The Grove areas. Owners Larry and Gary Keeton opened their first sports bar at 4944 Christy Blvd. in South St. Louis City in 2007.

The new location is open seven days a week and features a variety of food and drink, a private party room for up to 40 customers, weekend karaoke, adjacent parking lot, and currently forming dart leagues. Renovations included new ceilings and floors, updated kitchen, and an outdoor patio which will be completed by spring of 2016.
