Maplewood Police: Drug and Weapons Offense Charged on Yale Avenue

Wednesday, March 27
- A 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after investigating a call for service in the 3000 block of Sutton Boulevard.
- A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting alcohol from a Maplewood Commons business.

- A 19-year-old man was arrested on drug and weapons offenses after police responded to the 2200 block of Yale Avenue for a reported disturbance.
- A 43-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting alcohol from aΒ Maplewood Commons business.
- A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Friday, March 29
- A 46-year-old male driver was arrested in the early morning hours on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the area of Rannells Avenue and Big Bend Boulevard.
- A 23-year-old woman and a 25-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting approximately $150 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Property damage was reported in the 3700 block of Cambridge. The owner of a residence discovered a basement window shattered.
- A 37-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police are investigating a reported assault at Ryan Hummert Park which occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m.
