During a virtual session of the Maplewood Richmond Height School District Board of Education, the Board approved the tax rates for 2021.

During a virtual session of the Maplewood Richmond Height School District Board of Education, the Board approved the tax rates for 2021.

The rates are as follows:

$3.7625 for Residential Real Estate
$4.5947 for Commercial Real Estate
$5.4658 for Personal Property
$1.3500 for Debt Service to be allocated by the blended rate, by fund, as $4.0490 to the Incidental Fund, $0.1000 to the Capital Projects Fund and $1.3500 to the Debt Service Fund.
