Subway Restaurant in Downtown Maplewood to Expand
The owner will use what was once Drum Headquarters for carryout and additional seating.
Subway in downtown Maplewood will soon expand into the neighboring space.
The restaurant, located at 7249 Manchester Road, will soon take over part of 7241 Manchester, where was previously located. Maplewood City Council granted owner Ketan Patel a conditional use permit during last Tuesday's meeting.
The extra 680 square feet will be used for additional seating and carryout services.
