Timberline Landscapes Moves To Webster Groves

Timberline Landscapes, a family owned and operated design/build landscape contractor, recently moved to a space more than three times its previous size.

The company purchased the 8,500-square-foot building located at 2827 Breckenridge Industrial Ct. in Webster Groves for $450,000.  Built in 1964, the building previously served as storage space.  Hilliker Corporation agent Jake Shepley represented the buyer, Bri Mar Properties.  Mannion Properties and Cushman & Wakefield Gateway Commercialrepresented the seller, MWH, LLC.

Founded in 2005, Timberline Landscapes specializes in comprehensive site analysis and design.  The company also handles landscape maintenance, outdoor kitchens and living spaces, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits, patios, and water features.  Brian Pfotenhauer is Timberline Landscapes’ founder and president.  The company, which has 13 employees, was previously located in Maplewood in a 2,500-square-foot space.
