Valley Insurance Agency Alliance Donates to Toys for Tots

Company collects more than 300 toys for area children

Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a cohesive family of over 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois, recently collected and donated 342 toys to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program.

The Toys for Tots Program’s mission is to help less fortunate children throughout the U.S. by distributing these collected toys as Christmas gifts. The organization has been consecutively recognized since 2001 as one of the top-rated charities by Philanthropy 400.

“It is an honor to help such an amazing organization whose objectives complement our own,” said VIAA CEO Pierce Powers. “We are committed to giving back to our community, and helping to support children in
need is the perfect way to do so.”
