VIDEO: MRH Families Learn About Art at Friday's Arts Festival
Students even took part in painting a Metro bus at Friday's MRH Elementary School event and families shopped at a variety of local artisan booths.
Students and families packed the parking lot at on Friday night for a lively arts festival.
Students visited craft vendors, watched artists paint, participated in many interactive art pieces and watched several dance groups. They even got to help paint a Metro bus as a part of the Arts in Transit program.
MRH spokesman Tom Wickersham said he hopes the festival will become an annual event at the school.
