Excellent establishment however the people that are hired to operate this place are clearly lacking in knowledge of company policy and regulations. They assume the customer is aware of all rules and regulations. They fail to fully explain packages clearly and no one person has the same information when asked. Staff needs to be educated. This place leaves me frustrated more than satisfied at times!! It's unfortunate that employees are not well trained and are the downfall of the Oakville tan co. Poor management.
