Area Malls Seek Donations of New Children's Books

The five area CBL Malls - Chesterfield Mall, Mid Rivers Mall, St. Clair Square, South County Center and West County Center - are collecting donations of new chikdlren's books to benefit area children in need.

“CBL is committed give back to giving back to each of the
communities we serve,” said Sean Phillips, regional marketing director for the Midwest region of CBL Malls. “It is our privilege to help instill a lifelong love of reading and learning at an early age."

Books can be placed in canisters at customer service or the mall management office. Kids are invited to pick up a free bookmark to keep track of how many books they read. When the bookmark is complete, kids can redeem it for a free treat at participating mall eateries. Visit the website of the mall nearest you.
