R.O.C. Ministries, a church formerly meeting at 6010 Kerth Rd. St. Louis, MO 63128, and Mehlville Baptist Church, located at 802 Kinswood Lane, St. Louis, MO 63129, agreed to unite as one church to better serve the Mehlville and surrounding communities.
Both, Mehlville Baptist Church (constituted in 1939), and R.O.C. Ministries (constituted in 2005), agree that they are not negotiating for their institutional glory or survival, but are creating a single, new community that will take the experience of Christ deeper and further.
“This is about two churches uniting to do more together than they could separately,” said Pastor David Pitts.
Easter Sunday, April 8, will be the first service for the combined congregations and will be held at 802 Kinswood Lane, St. Louis, MO 63129.
