Founded in 2002, The Maune Company manages, leases, acquires and develops office, retail and industrial properties in St. Louis, Mo. It manages more than 2.7 million square feet of space in a portfolio of 65 properties.
Krombach has 45 years of experience in commercial brokerage and management services.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Mo.
Krombach is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, St. Louis Association of Realtors, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association.

He is on the board of directors for the Muny. Krombach is a trustee and member of the corporate partnership program for the Saint Louis Art Museum, a Henry Shaw associate member of the Missouri Botanical Garden and a Marlin Perkins Society member of the Saint Louis Zoo.
