Parents as Teachers

Families with preschool age children are encouraged to participate in a new Parents as Teachers program.

In collaboration with Washington University and funded by the National Institutes of Health, we are offering a free parent education and support program delievered through personal home visits for non-pregnant moms between the ages of 18-35 with a child that is 2-4 years old.

You will get 20-36 home visits over 2 years with a parent educator, child development information and activities, family health and child school readiness screenings, and a $50 gift card to Schnucks for each completed health screening.
