Seasonal Allergy Apps from Verizon Wireless

Spring is in the air - unfortunately for many, this also means a constant battle with pollen, spores and grass as allergy season springs on us uninvited. Thankfully, there are many Verizon Wireless apps that can help keep sniffling and sneezing at bay.

The first step to addressing any allergy is knowing when to expect the symptoms. There are several apps available that can help you stay ahead of a potential allergy attack. ZYRTEC AllergyCast can provide localized pollen and four-day weather forecasts, updated hourly. And for when you need allergy relief or want to better manage your symptoms, the app can tell you about various products to assist and how to quickly locate them nearby.

The WebMD Allergy app also offers localized weather forecasts, along with doctor-approved tips that can be customized for your allergies. ALLERGY ADVISOR allows you to monitor your allergy triggers where you live, work, and travel. It also stores your healthcare provider contact information and appointments, serving as a good reminder when a pharmaceutical refill is needed.

The myCVS On the Go app is another option to manage prescriptions needed for allergies, setting up mobile alerts for refills, schedule prescription pick-ups and locate your nearest CVS while traveling. It also provides educational information through its MinuteClinic.

Before the weather turns and the flowers bloom, make sure you have a few allergy apps downloaded so you can go out, stop and smell the roses.
