Bruce Lee: Ready to Play

This is a weekly pet column featuring an adoptable or adorable dog seen at The Watering Bowl.

This week's "Pooch of the Week" is full of personality.  Bruce Lee is one friendly pooch that gets along great with other dogs as well as people.  One of The Watering Bowl staff members said it best.  After hanging out with Bruce Lee in the play area for a little bit, she exclaimed, "I wish Bruce Lee could come to TWB everyday!  He is awesome!"  Yup, Bruce Lee is pretty great!

It is hard to believe that this 1-year-old Terrier mix has recently recovered from a leg injury.  Not too long ago, one of his hind legs was in a cast.  That, however,
didn't stop him one bit.  The Stray Rescue staff and volunteers were amazed at how well he got around on three legs.  Once the cast was off, Bruce Lee got moving and hasn't stopped.

Bruce Lee is very active.  When he arrived at TWB, he started doing laps around
6,000 square feet of play area.  He did not stop running the entire day.  It is
apparent that Bruce Lee still has a lot of puppy left in him.

Bruce is sweet as can be and loves to play.  He is eager to learn, and would benefit from some basic training.  Bruce Lee would do best in an active family; he is definitely not a couch potato! He seems to do well around children, and could certainly keep a room full of adolescents entertained!  For more information on this playing machine, visit Stray Rescue!
