In addition, the nutrients in avocados are known to prevent oral and prostate cancers, eye diseases and strokes. Of course, not everyone likes plain guacamole. Mango Guacamole
2 Ripe Mangos diced

3 Ripe Avocados diced
2-3 limes juiced

1 jalapeño pepper ribbed, seeded, and diced
¼ - ½ clove of fresh garlic to taste
Two bundles of cilantro leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients above in a large bowl.
Use this recipe to top a grilled chicken breast, on a burger or sandwich, in a pita pocket with chicken, or simply served with tortilla chips.
For best results, buy your mangos and avocados in advance. They are seldom ripe in the grocery store.
If preparing this dish in advance, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of your guacamole before sealing with a lid. Keeping all the air out of the container will keep the ingredients from changing colors.
