Students Honored by Mehlville Optimists Club

Two students from Wohlwend Elementary School were honored by the for their academic achievements. 

Fifth-grader Molly Donnelly and third-grader Vincent Le were presented with gifts from the club for their success. 

The organization also selected Elijah Spiros as December's Student of the Month. 

Elijah attends and was chosen for the award because of his energetic personality and work ethic. 

John Roland of the Optimists Club presented Elijah with a certificate at Margaret Buerkle Middle School. His mother Marta and Assistant Principal Ross Bullington also attended.
