The Lowes Build and Grow project this weekend, Saturday, July 27 (10 a.m.) and Sunday, July 28 (2 p.m.), will be another Disney-Pixar toy. This time it's the popular R.C. from "Toy Story."
These events are completely free, but you do need to register.
