Cool Ranch: Silly Name, Awesome Dog

Yes, her name will make you laugh and crave some cool ranch chips, but one thing is for sure—this girl is one silly, happy-go-lucky pooch that loves to have a good time. Everyone at TWB loved spending the day with the vivacious dog that goes by the name of Cool Ranch!

While picking up Cool Ranch from Stray Rescue, TWB worker ran into , last week’s Pooch of the Week. She was heading out for her morning walk, and made sure to say hello to TWB staff member by nuzzling up against her leg. Ms. Penelope must have told Cool Ranch how much fun she had last week, because Cool Ranch was all smiles and on her best behavior the moment she got into the car.

This one-year-old petite, brindle beauty made the most of her day at TWB. She absolutely loved all the attention she got from the workers. She also had a blast making friends with all the pooches. This social butterfly made sure to introduce herself to every dog there!

Cool Ranch sure is a ball of energy. She did not stop running around the whole time she was at TWB. Once again, Newton, or Ranken as his pals at Stray Rescue call him, seemed to recognize Cool Ranch from the shelter, and immediately went up to say hello. After that, the two of them rastled and played all day long.

Besides a day of fun with all her new friends, Cool Ranch also got another treat – a nice, refreshing bath! She returned to Stray Rescue smelling fresh and clean. Like Penelope, Cool Ranch was passed out the moment the car left TWB parking lot and slept the rest of the night.
