No time for weekly Lamaze classes? Prepare for childbirth in one full-day workshop, offered by St. Anthony's Medical Center. Bring the person who will be supporting you during labor, dress comforatbley and bring two pillows and a blanks. Class runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 2.
Cost is $100, and registration is required. The class will take place in the Hyland Education and Training Center at St. Anthony's Medical Center.
